If you have the previous inspection on your device then you can enable one or both of these settings and then perform a Repeat Inspection which will copy over the past notes and remove the photo.
There are 2 settings one for Routines and Condition Reports.
If you navigate in the App to Settings > PIM Admin > scroll down and enable "ReUse Inspection Area Text"
Once enabled you can then search for the previous inspection > then tap the "Circle With 3 Dots" > and then select Repeat Inspection.
NB: Photos are not able to be copied, only Notes and the Quick Checks (ticks/crosses).
