There is a setting you can enable which allows you to have all the Quick Checks Ticked when you create the inspection.
Quick Checks are the "Clean, Undamaged and Working" quick check boxes.
If you navigate in the App to Settings > PIM Admin > then scroll down to Quick Checks Always Ticked and enable the setting (Green). There is a setting for both Routines and Condition Reports.
