Take control with our Cloud Dashboard! Manage users and company details, upload your logo and customize branding, manage PIM inspectors, access and edit all inspections, and link your Property Management System.
First, you need to log into your Cloud Dashboard from our website: https://app.propertyinspectionmanager.com/login. You can log in using the same account details as you log into the PIM Cloud App.
1. Dashboard Home Screen:
This Home screen you will see when you first log into your PIM Cloud Dashboard. It will allow you to see the following:
A. Plan: Stay in the know! Check Subscription Type, Account Creation Date, and Status effortlessly.
B. User Information: View Account User Email, Contact Name, and Role displayed neatly
C. Usage: Track your progress! See the monthly page and report submissions from your account at a glance
D. Company Information: Company details at a glance! See Company Name, Address, and Contact Number for reports.
Empower yourself! Tap your Avatar in the top right corner to update User Details and Company Details. Click the links for detailed guidance.
2. Import Files (For Admin/Manager PIM Premium Eyes Only):
Syncing inspections is a breeze! Just pick your Property Management System from Chintaro Basic, Console Gateway, RealPro, REST, RP Office and our Generic self-populated CSV file and more. Upload exported .csv files with a few taps, following our How-To Integration Guides for smooth sailing!
3. Inspections:
With the Manager Role, you get the VIP treatment - access to ALL inspections in your PIM Company Account. You're the boss! You have the ability to search, and filter by Date, Inspection Type, Inspection Status and Device Name.
Furthermore, PIM Premium Cloud Users can Edit and View all the inspections by tapping on the Actions "3 dots". Refer to our How-To Guide Managing Your Inspection in Cloud Dashboard.
4. Managing User Details:
Upload your staff image and update username, email, and password. Check out our Managing User Details Guide for a smooth makeover!
5. Managing Company Details:
Spruce up your company's style! Update Name, Phone, and Address. Choose a branding colour for your template too. Refer to our Managing Company Account guide for all the info!
