If you receive an email with links in it that download your report, this is because it is "oversized" which is usually 10MB limit set by most Internet Service Providers.
The links are only valid for 60 days and after that you will see a message that the link is expired if you click on it.
To access your report again, you can either submit it again from the device, or log into your PIM Dashboard and download it from there.
