If you are using the integration between PIM and your Property Management System and it's not working check these items:


1.  Check that you have the setting enabled by navigating in the PIM App to Settings > Advanced Settings and Integrations > and then check your system setting is enabled.


2.  Check that the above setting allows you to see the inspection date of the scheduled inspections.  ie.  7 days, 14, 28 days in advance.  Some systems won't show you back-dated inspections so check that the inspection you are trying to import is within that window.


3.  It already exists on your device.  PIM compares the inspection address and inspection date, and if there is an inspection already in your inspection list that matches, it won't display it.

If you still can't work out what is wrong, send in a diagnostics by tapping the "PIM Help Desk?" icon > then tap Contact Us (Including Diagnostics) > tap into the white box and let us know the address of the inspection you are trying to import and then tap Send.
