If you have deleted an inspection or an inspection area that has been saved or submitted to the Dashboard prior to you deleting it, then Yes, you can just sync it back. Follow our How To Guide - here.
If you accidentally delete it in the app before saving it to the dashboard then no it can't be restored. The data would have been lost.
