Assisted/Remote Inspections allow you to create a Routine Inspection and send it out to a Tenant or onsite Inspector to complete via a link to a modern browser available on any device such as Android, Samsung and of course Apple devices.

How To Create an Aided Inspection

If there are any specific instructions you wish to enter for your Tenant or onsite Inspector you can add notes to the inspection area called "Specific Actions For This Inspection"

Then tap Send Aided Inspection.
Any owner details entered into your inspection data are not visible to the tenant.

Take Photo -open the camera and take a photo directly
Choose Files - use to upload a photo taken with the camera

Once your Tenant has added all their notes into the Comments and taken/uploaded all the photos they can scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Multiple notifications will be seen confirming delivery to the Property Manager.
