Empower Your Team! Managers can create user accounts directly in the PIM Cloud Dashboard, giving each Inspector their own personal login to manage their inspections.


As a Manager, you’ll have the ability to:

  • View, edit, and archive inspections for all Inspectors.
  • Reset passwords for user accounts.

If your role is Inspector, you’ll have access to:

  • View and edit your own inspections from the Cloud Dashboard.
  • Sync all inspections from the Dashboard to your PIM App.

To access the PIM Cloud Dashboard, simply visit our website and log in using your PIM App credentials.


1.  Create a User Account

To create a new User for your account tap Users > then tap Add User 


You then can add the Inspector's Name, Email, assign a Role (Manager or an Inspector), set a Password and Staff Photo (Avatar) if you wish and then tap Submit to save.


After creating a new user, you can send them a "Welcome Email" to provide their login details, including their email and manually-entered password, along with setup instructions.

To send the Welcome Email:

  1. Navigate to the Users tab.
  2. Tap the Actions (3 Dots) menu next to the user.
  3. Select Send Welcome Email from the options.


You will need to enter the password you set in manually as indicated, and you can edit any text too.  Then tap Submit.
