One 360° photo captures an entire room — every wall, corner and ceiling in a single shot. Need a closer look at something specific? Take standard photos right after the 360° scan and they save straight to the same area, ready to include alongside the 360°.

As you move to the next area, PIM's AI Assisted Notes writes up the area you just scanned in the background — no extra steps, no waiting around. Faces are blurred automatically before the photo is saved, and you can tap to blur anything else with a single touch. Once submitted, your report includes an immersive virtual tour that owners and tenants can walk through room by room.
