Coming soon in PIM — a built-in AI assistant to help you write better inspection notes.
There are two ways AI will work for you in PIM. If you prefer to let the photos do the talking, simply take your photos during the inspection and with a single tap the AI assistant will automatically generate your notes, populate your call-out boxes with key maintenance items and follow-up actions for your tenants, and produce an overall summary — all ready for you to review before submitting.
Or if you have already written a few notes and just want a little help with the wording, the PIM AI assistant has you covered there too. Choose from four modes — Professional, Reword, Friendly, or Proofread — and let it suggest improved wording right inside the app without breaking your workflow.
Either way, your original notes are always kept and you stay in control. It's your voice, just a little sharper.
