What's New in Version 5.7.2 (August 2026)

What’s New in This Update:

Smaller, Faster Reports

* Reduce your PDF and Word report file sizes with smaller photo thumbnails, faster to generate, send, and open. Every photo stays clickable and links back to its full-resolution version, so nothing is lost. Find it under Routine Report Settings and Condition Report Settings.

Repeat Inspection with Photos

* Repeat an inspection and carry across its photos, videos, and 360° media, ideal for entry/exit pairs or identical units. Choose to update photo dates or keep the originals. A confirmation and storage check appear before anything copies.

Tradify Import

* Tradify is now built directly into PIM as its own integration, making it easier than ever to bring your Tradify jobs across. To find out how to get connected, contact us via the PIM Help Desk.

Smarter AI Maintenance Notes

* AI note generation is now more accurate when completing the Maintenance Required section. Previously, areas in good condition could be listed as needing attention. The AI now focuses only on genuine defects, damage, and repairs, leaving well-maintained items out. Applies across residential, commercial, routine, and condition/bond reports.

Smoother Integrations

* This update brings a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to make your everyday experience smoother and more reliable. We've fixed connection issues affecting MRI Property Tree, Re-Leased, and Cirrus8 that could occur when toggling these integrations on and off.
