* Inspection sync is now simpler, faster, and more reliable for a smoother experience every time.

Cleaner Photo Display

* Your inspection photos now look cleaner, load faster, and are easier to scroll through - even the big, high-quality ones.

Easier Inspection Imports

* Bringing inspections across from Cirrus8, Re-Leased, Property Tree, Chintaro Cloud, and Reapit is now simpler and smoother, with clearer layouts and more flexible refresh options to keep everything up to date.

Camera, Upgraded

* Taking and annotating photos is now easier than ever, with smoother controls and support for 0.5x, 1x, and 2x zoom on newer devices.

Multiple Tenancies

* You can now add multiple tenancy contacts directly into PIM and include them on your reports. Everything stays together in one place, making record - keeping simpler and more organised.

Instant Alerts for Work Requests

* Cirrus8 and CirrusFM inspectors can now automatically notify property managers when a Work Request is submitted. Less back-and-forth, fewer emails, and everyone stays informed.

Smarter Spreadsheets

* CSV and spreadsheet handling has been improved. Dates now include time, rental amounts support decimals, and Rooming inspections default to a Condition Report—making your data cleaner and easier to manage.
