What's New in Version 5.5.1 (November 2025)

We’re always making PIM faster, smarter, and easier for inspections across all industries. This update brings handy improvements and new features designed to make your workflow smoother than ever—thanks to your feedback!

    • Photo selection: Now shows a progress bar when picking photos from your Photos or Files app, and the selection limit has been increased to 50 for easier uploads.

    • Multiple Tenancy support: You can now add multiple tenancy contact details directly into PIM and onto your reports.

    • Importing inspections from your property management system? PIM now captures both the property manager and inspector for each inspection, showing them as separate fields for a clearer view of responsibilities. This feature is available to all users, and updates can be applied to reports as needed.

    • For Cirrus8 users, we’ve fixed an issue where filtering by the current wasn’t updating correctly. The filter now references the correct Property Manager Name field.

    • For Cirrus8 users we’ve also added Lease Code (and optionally Tenant Key) visible in both the Inspections and import tab, making it easier to track and manage your properties.

    • Managing Inspection Areas and Sub-Inspection Areas in Settings > PIM Admin is now more reliable.

    • The PIM ICE duress feature now supports multiple email and mobile recipients.

    • You can now rotate photos directly in the PIM app using the annotation editor, making it easier to adjust images exactly how you need.    

    • Cirrus8/CirrusFM inspectors can now notify property managers by email automatically whenever a Work Request is submitted.
