We’re always looking for ways to make PIM smoother, smarter, and easier to use for inspections across all industries. Your feedback helps guide our updates, and this release brings some handy improvements and new features we think you’ll enjoy.

What’s New in This Update:

• Importing inspections from your property management system? PIM now captures both the property manager and inspector for each inspection, showing them as separate fields for a clearer view of responsibilities. This is available to all users, and we can update your reports to include this new information if you’d like.

• Cirrus8/CirrusFM users can now notify property managers by email automatically whenever a Work Request is submitted.

• The Submit Report feature in the PIM Cloud Dashboard now remembers your last-used template, saving you time on each inspection.

• Fixed an issue preventing Property Tree imports from working on some devices running iOS 26, so everything should run smoothly now.

• The PIM ICE duress feature now supports multiple email recipients.

• Advanced Settings are now clearer, letting you see which office is connected and manage your integrations with ease.

• Added new Console Cloud Commercial Property Types: Billboards, Cafe/Restaurant, Car Parks & Storage Units.

• Quick Check settings have been updated so “Renter Damage” is no longer automatically selected in your always-ticked list, giving you more control over your inspections.

• US customers will now see accurate date and time formatting in reports thanks to improved locale support.

• Updated Queensland RTA Forms: Entry v19 (Sep 2024) & Exit v13 (May 2025).

• Updated NSW Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 Schedule 2: Condition report (March 2020).

• We’ve refreshed the app to make it cleaner and easier to use, including removing older iOS support and tidying up unnecessary icons and clutter.
