Faster Property Tree syncing
* Importing inspections from Property Tree is now faster, especially for larger offices.
Enhanced Re-Leased Maintenance Requests
* Re-Leased maintenance requests are now quicker and easier. Property managers receive automatic notifications when a request is submitted, and selecting maintenance types such as Electrical, Gardening, or Fencing helps fast-track work through the Re-Leased Maintenance Hub.
Chintaro Inspection Type Upgrades
* PIM now supports Inspection Types in Chintaro Cloud. Schedule Asset, Vacancy, Checklist, Ad-Hoc, or custom inspections to align PIM workflows seamlessly with Chintaro Cloud. Contact us for more info.
