How do I upload my reports into PropertyMe manually ?

In some cases, if you have entered an Inspection manually in PIM your report won't automatically upload to PropertyMe however you can still easily manually upload the report (whether it's the PDF or MS Word report) into PropertyMe directly. Simply follow these steps :

1. After you have Submitted the Report you will receive the PDF and/or MS Word file via email.  If you haven't then refer to our Sharing your Reports guide.

2. Log into PropertyMe and from the left-hand side menu click on Properties then select the address of your inspection. From here you can upload your report to either the Tenant or Owner to access (See below notes and image).

  • To upload your Report for Tenant access tap (1.) Attach symbol (paperclip) and browse to your Inspection Report from Step 1 then select 'Upload and show in client access' or 'Upload and hide from client access' depending on whether you need the report to Tenant show in the PropertyMe portal.

  • or to upload your report for Owner access tap on (2) Attach symbol (paperclip) and browse to your Inspection Report from Step 1 then select ' Upload and show in client access' or 'Upload and hide from client access' depending on whether you need the report to show the Owner report in the PropertyMe portal.

Upload and show in client access - will allow the access to your Report from the Client Portal
