Before inspections can be imported into PIM, Cirrus8 needs the correct inspection type parameters and property templates in place.
In This Article
Inspection Type Parameters
These parameters should have been set up as part of your PIM integration. They are shown here in case you wish to check your setup.
You need CONDITION and ROUTINE set as both Lease Inspection Type and Property Inspection Type parameters. Remove any entries you do not need. If you are on Real Trust, contact them before making changes.
| 1 | In Cirrus8, open System Configuration and find the Lease Inspection Type parameters. |

| 2 | Confirm CONDITION and ROUTINE are listed. Add them if they are missing. |

| 3 | Repeat the check under Property Inspection Type. |

| 4 | Confirm CONDITION and ROUTINE here as well. Remove any entries you do not need. |

Property Templates
Your property templates in Cirrus8 should also already be set up as part of your integration. Each template must match a Smart Property Profile in PIM, or PIM will fall back to the default profile.
Once your Cirrus8 setup is confirmed, see the Cirrus8 Integration guide to schedule, import, and submit inspections.
For setup questions contact support@propertyinspectionmanager.com or support@cirrus8.com.au.
