How do I upload my reports into Cirrus8 manually ?

Modified on Tue, 4 Aug at 9:51 AM

If an inspection was created manually in PIM — rather than imported from Cirrus8 — the completed report will not upload to Cirrus8 automatically. You can still attach it manually by following the steps below. This also applies if you need to re-upload a report for any reason.

Step 1. Make sure you have your report file ready. After tapping Submit Inspection in PIM, a copy of the report is emailed to you as a PDF (or Word document if that's your default format). If you haven't received it, see our Sharing Reports and Photos guide for how to retrieve it.

Step 2. Log into Cirrus8 and locate the property. Use the Search field in the top right and type in the TenantKey (lease code). Click the lease in the results to open Manage Lease.

Step 3. Scroll down to the Lease Inspections sub-section and find the relevant Completed Inspection. Click Choose Files, then browse to and select the PDF or Word report generated from PIM.

Step 4. Click Upload to complete the upload.

Step 5. Once uploaded, your report will be visible in the completed inspection record.

Note: Cirrus8 has a maximum file size of 20MB for uploaded attachments. If your report exceeds this, try reducing the number of photos included or contact PIM Support for assistance.
