We’re always working to make PIM faster, smarter, and easier for inspections across all industries. This update brings practical improvements and new features designed to make your workflow smoother—thanks to your feedback!
Maintenance Requests
* Raise maintenance requests directly from any inspection using the
menu, available at property level or within the inspection itself. For Cirrus8 and Re-Leased users, work requests are sent straight through to your property management system. For those without an integration, a detailed formatted request — including photos, priority, and target date — can be sent via email. You can also add further images from other areas of the inspection before sending.
Collapsible sections
* Tap the Inspection Details, Tenant Details or Other Details header to fold a section away when you don't need it. Property Details stays open so the address, owner and key property info are always visible at a glance.
Property Tree Profiles
* PIM now automatically configures your Property Tree profiles based on whether you operate in residential or commercial property management. Once integrated, your inspections will always load with the correct layout straight away — no manual setup required. Head to Settings > Advanced > Property Tree and tap Property Tree Profiles
Inspection Source
* The Inspection Details header now shows how the inspection was created — for example Manual, Property Tree, Re-Leased, Chintaro, or Cirrus8 — alongside its status, so you can see where an inspection came from without digging through settings.
AI Assisted Inspections
* Meet your new AI writing assistant — generate inspection notes from photos or polish your own words with a single tap. To get early access, reach out to us via Settings > Advanced to register your interest.
Smoother
* This update brings a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to make your everyday experience smoother and more reliable. Maintenance submission feedback is now clearer, Cirrus8 inspection handling has been improved for cases where the original inspection no longer exists, Property Tree contact import and tenant handling has been refined, and general reliability enhancements.
