Property Inspection Manager: How long have you been using PIM?

Initially we implemented PIM around 4 years ago to streamline reporting and provide a uniform process for routine inspections. Lately we have integrated with our Console Cloud PM system and expanded into using PIM for Property Condition reports as well.

Property Inspection Manager: What impact has PIM made to your inspection process?

PIM has been instrumental in allowing for our team to report and relay information both internally and to clients with ease.

PIM has integrated with our main Property Management CRM system Console Cloud, allowing us to improve on operational efficiency. Both the ability to import inspections on the go and submit inspections directly into a Console Cloud workflow allow us to utilise our time more efficiently and reduce manual data entry overall.

Property Inspection Manager: What is/are the standout features of PIM from your perspective?

Joseph Shannon: Simplicity, flexibility and reliability. We originally moved to PIM from a system that was built specifically for us. PIM allowed us to migrate much of what we created in our own app into a new, more robust and sustainable platform. The ability for us to tailor the inspection app to our needs was a definite standout feature – and latterly the integration with Console Cloud has delivered in spades!

Property Inspection Manager: What factors helped you decide to choose us?

The PIM software has been flexible and reliable, but I have to say, the service provided by PIM staff (Jeremy, Phil and Nicola in our case) is fantastic, and only ever an email or phone call away if we need a hand. I would strongly recommend PIM both for system functionality/performance and client service.
