How do I upgrade to the latest version of iOS and PIM?

It is recommended that PIM is run on an iPad or iPhone using iOS14+.

Checking for iOS Updates

To check for and install updates on your device, follow these steps:

1. Open your device's "Settings."
2. Scroll down and select "General."
3. Tap "Software Update."
4. If there are updates available, tap "Download and Install."
5. You may be asked to enter your device's Passcode.

For more detailed guidance, consult the instructions provided by Apple Support. It's essential to perform a backup of your device, including PIM, during this process.

Updating PIM to the Latest Version

You may have automatically update enabled by default, in which case your PIM will update automatically when we release a new update to the App Store.  Other times, you can manually update your PIM App by following these steps:

1.  Navigate from your Home screen to the App Store

2.  Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

3.  Swipe your finger down the screen to load the latest update releases.  Tap Update next to the PIM App or you can tap Update All.
