Provided you have your existing PIM Pro or PIM Premium password, simply log into your PIM online account via to change the password used to log into the PIM App and your online PIM Account.

Then click on Account Details and then under the Password Reset area simply enter your existing password and then enter your new password twice (just to ensure you have entered it correctly)

Then click Change Password, and you new password is then saved! If you have multiple property managers in the office be sure to let them know of the new password and store it in a secure location in case you or other property managers need to log into the PIM app or your online account.
