Property Inspection Manager Support

Once you "Submit Report" or "Save and Preview" an inspection you can log into your PIM Cloud Dashboard and view all your images from the Media Gallery as well as the option to Download Media to a zip file.

The PIM User Templates also have links above each image on the page page of your report as well as a Gallery Link.  These links can be tapped by your owner/tenant or yourself which takes you to the Media Gallery.  (Owners/Tenants are required to enter the post code of the property to access the galley).

The Cloud Dashboard allows you to view all your images from a "Submitted Report" or a "Save and Preview" Report in one screen.  To do this you log into your Cloud Dashboard and then under the Actions column tap the "3 Dots" (1) and then select your inspection to view "Property Inspection Report/or Condition Report" (2) and then tap "View Gallery" (3).

The Media Gallery for that report will then be displayed.  You can tap on any image to view it and zoom in and download it individually if needed.

If you would like to download all your high-resolution images in one batch you can do so from the Dashboard by tapping the "3 Dots" (1) under the Action column and then select your inspection either "Property Inspection Report/or Condition Report" (2) and then tap "Download Media" (3).

This will initiate a zip file to be downloaded to your computer.
