If you have a list of inspections or a single inspection on your device that you wish to save to the Cloud Dashboard you can do so using the "Save" option.
Saving Single Inspections:
There are 2 ways to save a single inspection. Save Inspection and Save & Preview.
Firstly, tap the Inspections icon (1) in PIM and open the inspection you wish to save, then tap the Circle with 3 dots (2) > then select Save Inspection (3). This will save the entire Inspection, including notes and photos into the dashboard.
You can also Save & Preview inspection by tapping the Box with Upward Arrow > then tap Save & Preview. This will save the entire Inspection, including notes and photos into the dashboard and also generate a new report for previewing on the device (note that no email is sent).
Batch Save Multiple Inspections:
You can also batch save up to 10 inspections at a time by tapping the Inspections icon in PIM in the bottom left. This opens the inspection list then tap Edit and tap each inspection you wish to save and then tap <Save #>. This profcess will save the entire Inspection, including notes and photos into the dashboard.
