For our Cirrus8 customers, need to conduct unscheduled inspections for incidents, maintenance, and reactive events? PIM now supports Ad-Hoc Inspections!


Updates and Improvements:

+ Cirrus8 Improvements 

     + Ad-Hoc Inspections are now supported in PIM. This includes new reports, new Property Profiles, and Inspections Areas. (New Installs only). 

     + Scheduling Inspection types such as Routine and Condition are now supported.    

+ Fixed duplicate sub inspection area of Cupboards appearing in Kitchen/Meals area.

+ Fixed issue under iOS15 where an additional text file was being shared when sharing photos or reports via Dropbox or other services.

+ Fixed issue under iOS15 where the navigation bar buttons when sharing photos or reports via Dropbox or other services were not visible.

+ Added Inspection Time to the Import screen for all integration partners (excluding Cirrus8 since no time is used for that partner).

+ Various bug fixes and improvements behind the scenes.



And from the last releases:

+ Chintaro Improvements -  PIM and Chintaro have been upgraded to handle large inspections and reports. Applicable for Chintaro Basic and Chintaro Cloud Customers.

+ Annotation Improvements - When annotating photos, you can now select and delete a specific annotation. Simply tap and bin it! 

+ Added ability to change the Property Profile associated with an existing Inspection.

+ simPro Improvements - Improved data handling and uploading of reports.

+ Ultra Wide Angle Zoom shots can now be taken in PIM when using your iPhone 11 or greater and is a great solution when you are struggling to keep everything in the frame. Whether you are taking a photo of a whole room, that perfect cover photo for your report, or zoomed in for a crack in the wall, PIM now caters to all your photo needs!

+ PIM now supports Photo Numbering in reports. Each photo can now be numbered, cross-referenced, and allows your tenants and owners easy visibility on where each photo was taken and how many!

+ Importing Photos - The latest improvements in PIM allow you to add photos to your Inspections no matter where they are stored, whether that is in DropBox, OneDrive, iCloud, or even from your own cloud servers! Plus if you use the Photos app to tag your inspection photos before adding them to PIM or use iCloud Shared Albums, you can now easily add them to your Inspection with a few taps. How good is that!
