Once your Tenant has completed their inspection using the PIM Guest account (with detailed instructions found here) they can then use  Send Inspection to Property Manager option via the ... button located in the top right-hand corner of your Inspection. This allows your tenant to email you the Inspection together with any notes and photos.  You can then import this inspection into your PIM on your iPhone and iPad so you can keep it on your device. No more fiddling with copying notes and photos from reports! Your Tenant and yourself will need PIM v4.1.19 or greater.

Step 1: To Import the completed inspection into PIM on your device, open the email that has the Inspection attached.

Step 2: Tap on the attached Inspection file in the email and select from the icons Copy To PIM (you may have to scroll across the menus to see the PIM option).

Step 3: PIM will then open to the Share screen where you will see the address of the inspection in question under Virtual Inspections header.

Step 4:  Tap on the Inspection file you wish to import into PIM.

Step 5: Tap on the Individual inspection address again (a tick will appear on the right hand side)

Step 6:  Tap the Action symbol (located in the top right corner with the box and the upward arrow)

Step 7: Tap Import Selected Inspections

Step 8:  Tap on your Inspections icon (bottom left) and you will see this inspection now listed under your current inspections in PIM.  Your Inspection now contains all the notes and photos taken by the Tenant in their Tenant Assisted Inspection!
