Empower your team! Managers create user accounts in the PIM Cloud Dashboard. Each Inspector gets a personal login to access their own inspections.


The Manager Role in the Cloud Dashboard allows you to view, edit and archive old inspections for ALL Inspectors, as well as Reset Password for your User accounts


If your user role is Inspector, you'll have access to view and edit your inspections from the dashboard as well as sync all inspections available in the Dashboard to your PIM App.


To access the PIM Cloud Dashboard, visit our website. You can use your PIM App account credentials to log in. 


1.  Create a User Account

To create a new User for your account tap Users > then tap Add User 


You then can add the Inspector's Name, Email, assign a Role (Manager or an Inspector), set a Password and Staff Photo (Avatar) if you wish and then tap Submit to save.


Once you have created a new user can you then send them a "Welcome Email"  which will send them their login email and the password (which you will need to enter manually) together with the setup instructions.

To Send the Welcome Email after you have created the new User > tap Users (1), then tap Actions 3 Dots (2) and then select Send Welcome Email (3).


You will need to enter the password you set in manually as indicated, and you can edit any text too.  Then tap Submit.
