Just navigate to PIM Help Desk on the main screen and use "Send Diagnostics" and when prompted please describe your problem/question in detail so that we can better answer your question. If it is related to a specific Inspection, please provide the property address so we can fast track your answer. Double check the email address you provide is correct so we can let you know how to fix the issue. 


If you are running an old version of PIM navigate to Settings > Support > "Send Diagnostics" and enter the problem/question in detail so that we can better answer your question. If it is related to a specific Inspection, please provide the property address so we can fast track your answer and then hit Send. This will send us some diagnostic information to help us troubleshoot the issue and we will investigate and let you know (This process uses Mail on your iPad so can you ensure Mail has been setup.
